GVA Worldwide has licensed from CoStar Realty Information, Inc. the quarterly CoStar National Industrial Reports; for the major office markets in the USA. Through the use of this site, you can access the reports after agreeing to the "Terms of Use". This act constitutes a legal contract between you and CoStar. The official "Terms of Use" screen appears after selecting a particular report. This list only summarizes the Terms of Use.

1. Content pertaining to commercial real estate information posted on this Site is proprietary to CoStar and its licensors.
2. CoStar hereby grants to you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the reports for your internal business purposes only.
3. No person may share his or her assigned GVA intranet username and password ("Passcode") with any other person nor allow any other person to use or have access to his or her Passcode.
4. You shall not (a) distribute, disclose, copy, reproduce, display, publish, transmit, assign, sublicense, transfer, provide access to, use or sell, directly or indirectly (including in electronic form) any portion of the CoStar Information or any Passcodes, or (b) modify or create derivative works of any portion of the CoStar Information.
