MIPIM 2010

GVA Worldwide has committed to its usual stand space (R33.11) at MIPIM 2010. If you or any of your colleagues are planning to attend, you will need to send the information below to Sarah Ferrier by Friday 29 January 2010.

Accommodation is dependant on availability, so please book with Sarah Ferrier as early as possible

Cost:
The GVA rate for the first delegate is €945 + VAT. All subsequent delegates are €735 + VAT.

Hosting an event:
We are offering the option to host small networking events on the stand, the cost options are for either a breakfast or small drinks reception for around 30 people, and costs range from €180 to €900 depending on requirements. Please email Sarah Ferrier before Friday 12 February if you wish to host an event and details will be sent to you.

Meeting room:
If you wish to book out the stand meeting room please let Sarah Ferrier know the times - in one hour slots - you require, as well as the name of the client(s) expected, so that the hostesses can meet and greet as appropriate.
