REGISTRATION & FEES: The registration fee of $175 per person includes the Thursday group dinner, Friday’s breakfast and lunch and Friday’s sessions. Guests can join you for Thursday dinner for a fee of $100.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS & RATE: Because the conference is being held at the GVA Grimley offices, we are not holding a room block at one specific hotel. Ana Rodriguez has nicely offered to pass along the GVA Grimley corporate rate at the below hotels, however, she will have to make your reservation. Alternately,you can make your own reservation at any hotel of your choice. Email Ana at ar@gvagrimley.co.uk or call her (44 207 911 2407) with your preferred hotel, your credit card number, expiration date, the date of arrival and departure, and if you want a single or double room. Please have your information and dates all finalized, as we don’t want to make extra work for Ana.
The following hotels are near the GVA Grimley Stratton St. office: The Flemings: standard rate is £130 and a superior room is £165. The Radisson Edwardian: standard rate is £153 and a superior room is £175. These hotel rates do not include VAT at 17.5%. Please note: the popular Stafford Hotel is sold out.
